DHS HAS EQUIPPED 400 POLICE DEPARTMENTS WITH MILITARY-GRADE SOUND CANNONS

A recent article in the Mohave Valley Daily News revealed that DHS is using grant money to equip Arizona police departments with military-grade sound cannons or Long Range Acoustic Devices (LRAD).

A Washington Times article from 2009, titled "DHS helps local police buy military-style sonic devices" warned everyone that military-grade sound cannons are being used against Americans.

"With the help of Homeland Security grants, police departments nationwide looking to subdue unruly crowds and political protesters are purchasing a high-tech device originally used by the military to repel battlefield insurgents and Somali pirates with piercing noise capable of damaging hearing." (Click here & here to learn how the NYPD has been using LRAD's since 2004.)

Last year a New York Appeals court ruled that LRAD's can cause “auditory pain, migraines, tinnitus, and hearing loss.”

Webmaster's Commentary:

I will tell you where this is going, folks; this use of the LRAD will ultimately be turned against American citizens, causing mass physical damage, even in the process of peaceful protest.

Robbery suspects thwarted by licensed gun owner, report says

Authorities said Brandon Smith, 25, of Santa Cruz, and Elizabeth Almand, 23, of Watsonville, were spotted shoplifting by a security guard around 8:25 p.m. Wednesday inside a Raley’s grocery store in Loomis, just northwest of Sacramento, KRCA-TV reported.

"When they left, (the guard) confronted them in the parking lot. There was an altercation where the suspect pulled a knife out," Lt. Andrew Scott said.

Smith allegedly tried stabbing the guard before the guard was able to knock the knife out of his hand onto the ground, authorities said. Almand allegedly went for the weapon when someone with a gun came over and said "Drop it!" according to reports.

"He had a concealed weapons permit," Placer County Sheriff's Lt. Andrew Scott said of the armed stranger. "He had a firearm on his person. He drew the firearm and told the female suspect to drop the knife."

When Guns Are Outlawed Only Outlaws Will Have Guns

It turns out that prescription drugs are the 4th leading cause of death, which puts it up there with cancer and heart attacks. Harvard University reports that properly prescribed medications hospitalize 1.9 million Americans annually, killing 128,000 people, which places prescribed medicines fourth place with strokes as a leading cause of death. Far more lives could be saved by focusing on careful drug testing rather than on gun control.

What then explains the fixation and constant propaganda about banning “assault rifles” when the total annual murders by assailants using all kinds of rifles is 403?

What explains the fixation on handguns that are the weapon of choice in only 41% of murders numbering only 7,032 deaths?

What is the point of disarming the population when private ownership of firearms prevents a large number of crimes. A study by criminologists Gary Kleck and Marc Gertz concluded that Americans use their guns annually to prevent more than 2 million crimes.

Politics Kills Our Kids Again, Safety Report from Parkland Florida

orida formed a study committee after 17 students and teachers were killed and an additional 17 were injured at the Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School in early 2018. I read some of the MSDHS safety commission report. It covered the obvious points. Unfortunately, I don’t see much good coming out of it. This was more than a school failure; it was a political failure. More of our children will be at risk and some will die because of problems in the Florida legislature. Sure, implement the suggestions in the report, but please don’t stop there. -- The report told us to do the obvious. A school could have received nearly the same recommendations from almost any firearms instructor or security consultant.

PAUL CRAIG ROBERTS: WHEN GUNS ARE OUTLAWED ONLY OUTLAWS WILL HAVE GUNS

Those who want to ban guns use deceptive and dishonest terms such as “gun violence,” an illiterate use of language. Guns are inantimate objects like a hammer or a screwdriver. They are not capable of taking action such as commiting violence. They have to be used or misused by people intent on commiting violence. Therefore, there can be no such thing as “gun violence.” There can only be violence committed by people using guns or hammers or screwdrivers, or whatever.

Murders committed by assailants using handguns comprise a tiny 0.0056% of violent crimes. What explains the fixation on such a small problem?

Webmaster's Commentary:

I am a Christian pacifist activist, which means that I never can, or will, condone violence of any kind.

However, that being said, the agenda here is clear; it is to disarm all thinking Americans so that the assault on our liberties and freedoms can continue, unabated, and with no recourse whatsoever for what has been done, and is being done, to the American people post 9/11, with the Congressional passing of the draconian laws, the Patriot Act,and the National Defense Authorization Act.

Parkland school shooting commission issues report, recommends arming Florida teachers

A Florida commission investigating the shooting massacre at a Parkland school has issued an initial report on Wednesday and recommended that teachers who volunteer to undergo firearms training, should be allowed to carry guns.

The 15-member Marjory Stoneman Douglas High School Public Safety Commission on Wednesday unanimously approved the 446-page report containing that proposal and other recommendations.

Now, it's in the hands of Gov. Rick Scott, Governor-elect Ron DeSantis and the legislature.

The legislature would have to approve the proposal to allow teachers to carry guns. It's opposed by the teachers union and the PTA.

The report also said that 30 people were documented to know of the shooting suspect Nikolas Cruz's troubling behavior prior to the rampage that killed 17 people at the school, according to Florida's Fox 13.

YPG fighting ISIL may keep US-supplied weapons, US commanders recommend, a move that is likely to incense ally Turkey.

US commanders planning for the withdrawal of troops from Syria have recommended that Kurdish fighters be permitted to keep US-supplied weapons, a move that would incense NATO ally Turkey.

Three officials, speaking to Reuters news agency on the condition of anonymity, said the recommendations were part of discussions on a draft plan by the US military.

While talks are at an early stage, no decision has yet been made, the officials noted.

The Pentagon said it would be "inappropriate" and premature to comment on what will happen with the weapons.

Much of Alternative Media and the Alt-Right is Allowing for the Subversion of America: The Resistance Has Been Usurped.

How many websites and supposed “investigative voices” are focused on the fact there is no / zero substantive evidence any one actually died, let alone was wounded, at Thousand Oaks Borderline Bar and Grill—that is arguing it was in fact ANOTHER false flag faked hoax?

The answer is far too few given the immensity of potential consequences, that is as relates to the motives for creating this one more of MANY recent false mass shooting hoaxes!

Of course the primary motive is stricter and stricter gun control laws as ruination of the 1st and 2nd Amendments (as both are being simultaneously destroyed at the same time which ultimately means citizens have no civil rights since the 1st and 2nd Amendments is what gives power to the people to enforce their rights).

A secondary motive is to portray alienated white gentiles, and sometimes Muslims, as the most likely ethnic groups to be extremists, and so as to focus suspicion as and the will to eliminate their rights.

New York Times Pressures Credit Card Giants to Blacklist Gun Purchasers

The New York Times (NYT) is pressuring credit card giants to monitor customers’ buying habits and blacklist gun purchases.

The Times suggests banks are “unwittingly financing mass shootings” by allowing individuals to use their cards to buy firearms and related accessories.

The NYT observes:

Two days before Omar Mateen killed 49 people and wounded 53 more at the Pulse nightclub in Orlando, he went on Google and typed “Credit card unusual spending.” Mr. Mateen had opened six new credit card accounts — including a Mastercard, an American Express card and three Visa cards — over the previous eight months. Twelve days before the shooting, he began a $26,532 buying spree: a Sig Sauer MCX .223-caliber rifle, a Glock 17 9-millimeter semiautomatic pistol, several large magazines, thousands of rounds of ammunition and a $7,500 ring for his wife that he bought on a jewelry store card. His average spending before that, on his only card, was $1,500 a month.

Armed bystanders shoot at shoplifters in Marysville, disabling their vehicle

Police in Marysville are asking the armed bystanders who shot at two shoplifting suspects over the weekend to come forward and speak to investigators.

As the thieves tried to take off in their car, the bystanders began shooting, taking out a couple of their tires.

The suspects' vehicle was found abandoned a few blocks away. Officers used a K-9 to track down the suspects.

No one was injured, and the people who fired the shots left the scene before police arrived.

ON GUN CONFISCATION: "HERE'S HOW IT MIGHT ACTUALLY GO DOWN"

I see here something which is much more dangerous than the fear of communism.

It is how people react to news or new laws about any weapon limitation. It’s how they talk about what the majority of them are planning to do.

HERE’S HOW CONFISCATION MIGHT ACTUALLY GO DOWN.
Here is how it might actually go down. This is one possible scenario:

First, you’ll be labeled as a terrorist, some weird guy who wants to overthrow the government. Maybe your photo will be posted somewhere stating that you are very sick, and that you pose a danger to society.

If you are a member of some group, let’s say a prepper group, you all will be labeled as terrorists first, and through the media, you can be portrayed as a domestic terror cell, to the point that your next door neighbor will help police to get you.

FEDS SPENT $1.5 BILLION ON GUNS, AMMO, TACTICAL GEAR SINCE 2010

The Government Accountability Office on Thursday released a report on recent purchases of firearms, ammunition and tactical equipment by federal law enforcement agencies.

The 86-page report focused on the weapons acquired by 20 diverse federal agencies ranging from the Environmental Protection Agency’s Office of Inspector General to the FBI. What it found were that the agencies reported spending at least $38.8 million on firearms, $325.9 million on ammunition, and $1.14 billion on tactical equipment in the past eight years.

When it came to firearms, GAO found that semi-auto handguns were king among the guns bought by 18 reporting agencies, accounting for 69 percent of the 44,551 weapons purchased. The biggest single buyer was ATF, which acquired at least 8,500 firearms — mostly in large buys in 2012 and 2017 — while the smallest purchases were made by the Social Security’s OIG, who have bought 311 new guns for their 270 agents since 2010.

Ohio Gov. John Kasich vetoes gun bill, cites ’rotten, stinking politics’

Gov. John Kasich on Wednesday vetoed legislation that would make Ohio the last state in the nation to shift the burden of proof in self-defense cases from the defendant to prosecutors.

The term-limited Republican governor’s decision to veto House Bill 228 is likely to be the first in a series of battles with the GOP-dominated legislature over legislation passed during his final days in office.

Under the bill, it would be up to prosecutors in use-of-force cases to prove that a defendant did not act in self-defense. Ohio is the only state that puts the burden of proof on defendants to show they used force in self-defense.

Incoming Democrats Ready Bill That Will Criminalize Private Gun Sales

In the land of the fee and home of the slave, incoming Democrats have already drafted a bill that will criminalize private gun sales. As a “free” American, you will no longer be able to sell your own property without the government’s permission, unless you want to be labeled as a criminal if this bill succeeds and becomes a law.

While this won’t prevent mass shootings, as a government study conducted by anti-gun lunatics in politically elite positions already discovered, a very vast majority of gun owners regulate themselves.

Gun-hating democrats who demanded a study into the sale of guns online were smacked with a dose of reality. They wasted two years attempting to buy guns illegally on the “dark web,” and the group of Democrats failed every single time.

Senator Elizabeth Warren joined with Senator Brian Schultz, D-Hawaii, and Representative Elijah Cummings, D-Md., to commission the GAO report.

Simply put it appears he just made up his research to provide a result that made him popular with the left. His study claims the U.S. is the leader in mass shootings.-- The fact is based on his criteria the U.S. is 63rd in mass shootings.

Trump administration moves to ban bump stocks

The Trump administration moved Tuesday to officially ban bump stocks, which allow semi-automatic weapons to fire rapidly like automatic firearms, and has made them illegal to possess beginning in late March.

The devices will be banned under a federal law that prohibits machine guns, according to a senior Justice Department official.

Bump stocks became a focal point of the national gun control debate after they were used in October 2017 when a man opened fired from his Las Vegas hotel suite into a crowd at a country music concert below, killing 58 people and injuring hundreds more in the deadliest mass shooting in modern U.S. history.

The regulation, which was signed by Acting Attorney General Matthew Whitaker on Tuesday morning, will go into effect 90 days after it is formally published in the Federal Register, which is expected to happen on Friday, the Justice Department official said.

Thousands of Pennsylvania firearms confiscated in court-ordered seizures

Confiscating firearms could easily be part of the job description for deputies on the second shift at the Westmoreland County Sheriff's Office.

Sheriff Jonathan Held said the shift that begins at 3 p.m. is when deputies are sent out to serve Protection From Abuse orders that require defendants to surrender their weapons.

"We usually get about 500 to 700 weapons a year," Held said, gesturing to the hundreds of firearms secured in an evidence room in the basement of the county courthouse. They range from pellet guns to pricey customized semiautomatic rifles.

Once confiscated, the guns are ticketed, logged in and held under lock and key for the duration of PFA orders that can last as long as three years.
